1.    For all confirmed orders received, the order will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Our delivery partner, will notify you of the exact delivery date via email and SMS. 

2.    FREE Shipping for purchases of INR 1500 and above. 

3.    Any purchase below INR 1500 (0 to 1499) will be subject to a Convenience Fee of INR 49 per order. 

4.    A Convenience Fee is the extra amount that the Courier Company charges for delivering goods to your doorstep. 

5.   We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.

6.   Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders

7.   Order once shipped, the same cannot be cancelled. If you wish to still continue with cancellation, you may refuse accepting delivery when the courier partner comes.

8.   Refund where applicable, shall be initiated upon the successful pick up and quality check of the article.

Note: In case of Return and Refund this convenience Fee will NOT be refunded.
