Return & Refund Policy
1. You can request a Return and Refund within 15-days from date of receipt of product.
2. Once we receive the return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up of the product. The pick-up process will be completed within 10 business days. Please discount National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.
3. Product(s) should be returned unused, in resalable condition inside the original box(s) with shoe tag(s) attached.
4. Product(s) with dirty sole, footprints, any other visible signs of usage will not be accepted for return.
5. After we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 – 7 business days. Please discount National/Public Holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Election days or any other local holidays.
Note:
1. A Return request exceeding 15 days from date of receipt of product will not be entertained.
2. Should you claim either of the following:
- Receipt of item with Manufacturing / Finishing defects
- Receipt of item that appears Damaged / Used
It is MANDATORY to provide product images with
attached tag and original packaging supporting your Return request.
3. Damaged products will not be replaced with new products.
4. No complaints regarding return and refund of products purchased ONLINE will be entertained at Lehar stores / Factory Outlet unless explicitly conveyed by Lehar Consumer Care.
